Terms of service

Your account

You need an edesy account to save your work. Keep your sign-in secure; you're responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 to use the service.

Your content

You own everything you write. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service: saving it, rendering previews and downloads, and generating AI suggestions you ask for. You're responsible for making sure your resume is accurate and that you have the right to share anything you upload.

AI suggestions

AI suggestions are drafts. Review them before using them — they can be wrong or incomplete, and you should never present experience, qualifications or results you don't have. Suggestions don't guarantee interviews or offers.

Plans and payments

• The free plan includes building, editing and downloading resumes, with monthly limits on AI features.
• Pro passes are one-time payments for a fixed period (30 days or 12 months). They do not renew automatically.
• Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Razorpay.
• If you haven't used any Pro features, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of paying by emailing [email protected].
• We may change prices for future passes; a pass you've already bought keeps its terms until it ends.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to:

• create resumes impersonating someone else or with fabricated credentials;
• upload content that is unlawful or that you don't have the right to share;
• scrape, overload or try to break into the service, or get around plan limits.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Availability

We work to keep the service running and your data backed up, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. Keep a downloaded copy of resumes you depend on.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may close accounts that break these terms, and will give notice where we reasonably can so you can download your work.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, edesy isn't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer protection law.

Changes and contact

If we make significant changes to these terms, we'll tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Questions: [email protected].
